Burger King wanted to prove that its Whopper was made to order 'your way . With a quick bit of thinking and the help of a cashier, a hidden camcorder and a printer, it was able to do it.

When a customer ordered a Whopper not only did they get their burger made to their individual specifications. They also had it personalized - with their face printed on the burger wrapper.

This novel idea strengthened Burger King's 'have it your way' positioning by proving that each burger is made to order, especially for the customer.

What's more, the idea's popularity was instant. In the first day, after a video launch, it became the Trending Topic on twitter, had more than 50,000 mentions on Google, and 111,000 views on YouTube.
