To showcase the legendary Ford Ranger, Mindshare developed a highly targeted campaign that resonated with its professional target
audience - and their love of fishing. Sponsorship of the Australian Fishing Championships offered the perfect platform for a reality
TV show, featuring three teams of competing anglers (and their vehicles). Editorial and online content supported the series, along with
a competition to win $4000 in tackle and other gear. The campaign caught a total of 1.96m fishing fans, with their intention to purchase
a Ford Ranger increasing by 23.5%. |
