Ogilvy Beijing | WWF China | Hot Water
  |

This simple WWF 'take-away' became something of a talking point during the United Nations Climate Change Conference, held in Bali
last year. Made with a special ceramic coating, an ordinary looking cup depicted a map of the world. But, as hot water was added, the
graphic of the land mass vanished under a rising sea. It was a striking symbol of the effects of climate change.

During the conference, 250 of these giveaways were handed to the most influential attendees. The Dutch environment minister,
Jacqueline Cramer, commented: 'The WWF cup dramatically captured the critical nature of the global warming issue'. |
